Slept on this one. The two long tracks are fast and intense, the shorter ones slow and melancholic. Those choices make sense and combine for a great experience. Nice drums on this.

Usually I don't listen to a lot of death metal as I often miss atmosphere around the brutality. TIWANAKU is one of the bands who is really able to link it. After the first two tracks "Visitor from Titan" and the grand "Ghost War" I was already caught in TIWANAKU's universe of mighty death metal with symphonic elements, sci-fi atmosphere and doomy heaviness. The other tracks are more complex than the catchy start of the album, but the mentioned trademarks stay the same. A mighty opus!
